ABOUT CINCINNATUS

Cincinnatus was a Roman military leader who was called from his life as a farmer to lead the country and to ensure its national security. Like Cincinnatus, many soldiers were called from their respective areas to join together and provide a service to their nation. Roman military formations used by Cincinnatus included legions, which consisted of multiple cohorts of soldiers. The military members would join together for a set period of time to accomplish their mission, then would return home once a mission was complete.

640 Acres and Barbaricum joined together to combine both companies’ exceptional capabilities in support of diverse U.S. Government missions. Cincinnatus was founded on the desire to collectively deploy our collective experience to enable the Government to remain on the frontlines of professional services, technological modernization, and mission-focused solutions. We develop cutting-edge solutions that challenge the status quo.

Commitment to Mission

Cincinnatus was formed by uniting the experience and capabilities of its partners in service of U.S. Government missions that defend the nation and those entrusted to carry them out. Our dedication is reflected in how we drive solutions for the programs that support warfighters and the families who stand behind them.

Readiness & Resilience

Readiness is sustained through systems that function reliably during periods of stress, transition, and change. Cincinnatus supports readiness by reducing friction across the military lifecycle, ensuring service members, families, and Veterans can access accurate information and essential services when needed. Through continuity, clarity, and dependable delivery, we help reinforce resilience as a sustained condition rather than a reactive response.

Equipping the Warfighter

Warfighters operate in environments where decisions are consequential and the margin for error is narrow. Their actions directly support deterrence, stability, and the security of the United States. Cincinnatus supports this responsibility by ensuring access to integrated, reliable, and mission-ready solutions that function under operational conditions. By reducing friction, improving clarity, and accelerating execution, we help warfighters and the teams that support them maintain pace, adapt to evolving threats, and sustain operational advantage.

National Security

National security depends on disciplined execution, trusted institutions, and informed decision-making across mission partners. Cincinnatus supports programs that protect information, strengthen operational confidence, and enable leaders to act with clarity and accountability. Our work reinforces the systems and processes that underpin national security across defense, intelligence, and law enforcement missions.

Battlespace Fusion

Modern missions require coordination across people, data, and systems operating at scale. Cincinnatus enables battlespace fusion by improving how information is shared, understood, and applied across organizational and functional boundaries. By reducing silos and strengthening coordination, we help organizations operate with shared awareness, faster alignment, and greater collective effectiveness.

Operations Acceleration

Operational advantage is achieved by shortening the distance between insight and action. Cincinnatus accelerates operations by integrating technology, data, and processes in ways that increase tempo without introducing unnecessary risk. This approach supports faster adaptation while maintaining reliability, security, and control in dynamic operational environments.

Veteran and Family Support

Military service establishes enduring responsibilities to Veterans and the families who support them. Cincinnatus supports programs that strengthen continuity across healthcare, employment, education, and family services during and after transition from active service. By simplifying access, improving coordination, and reducing administrative burden, we help institutions deliver Veteran care and family support with consistency, dignity, and long-term accountability.
